RE: Concurring with the Fire Chief from the City of Compton, California

I just read the letter from the City of Compton Fire Chief, Rico Smith, regarding your laser cannon equipped smoke alarms.

As a former fire-fighter I applaud your efforts with your laser cannons to help the safe evacuation of not just the the public - but to also assist fire-fighters. Most members of the public are totally unaware of how easily they will become disoriented in their own home in the event of a fire and as a fire fighter there is no doubt that your laser cannons will also help fire-fighters.

I concur that your product would enhance the EscapeRescue companies high rise rescue system. As ionization alarms are eventually banned from sale around the world, innovative products such as yours will enter the field of fire detection and countless lives will be saved.
