Born in Covina, CA, in September of 1955, Scott Kelley attended Brigham Young University (Tau Beta Pi, Phi Alpha Delta), earning his B.S.M.E. in 1979.  He went on to earn his J.D. in 1983, the same year he was admitted to the California State Bar.  For Kelley, this wasn’t enough.  He then went on to gain admittance to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Court, and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Scott Kelley is a member of the San Fernando Valley and American Bar Associations, the State Bar of California, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Los Angeles Patent Law Association.  His areas of practice are Intellectual Property Law, Patent, Trademark and Copyright Law and Litigation.
